On Thursday, December 12, 2013, Lloyd Visser, Vice-President Environment & Sustainable Development for ConocoPhillips Canada, presented a cheque to The Salvation Army for $10,000.

“We were very pleased when the senior leadership team at ConocoPhillips Canada contacted us about a donation,” explains Captain Pam Goodyear, Divisional Secretary for Public Relations & Development. “Monetary donations like this go a long way in helping us serve the community at Christmas and throughout the year.”

This is the second time ConocoPhillips Canada has donated to The Salvation Army in the past few months. In October, the company donated $75,000 towards The Salvation Army’s Alberta Flood Relief efforts.
