    FOCUS ON $50
Today, approximately three million Canadians, or one in 11 people, live in poverty. The Salvation Army recognizes that poverty is a critical issue, and that everyone has a right to access basic necessities such as nutritious food, health care, education and economic opportunity., with this information we are encouraging participants of Santa Shuffle to “focus on $50,” or in other words, to raise $50 dollars through pledges and donations. It’s a lofty goal but we know it can be done! Help contribute to great social programs with The Salvation Army by getting friends and family involved, and by “focusing on $50!”
