Donut Day a Delicious Celebration
National Donut Day was a hit across the Ontario Great Lakes Division!
Almost 700 donuts were given out to celebrate National Donut Day in London. We would like to thank Rundle's No Frills for their generous donation in order to make this event a tremendous success.

Also, over 4,000 timbits were handed out in Owen Sound & Port Elgin. A special thanks to all the volunteers and City Police for their dedicated service to help make this day possible.

The Salvation Army created National Donut Day in 1938 to honour the "Doughnut Lassies" and to commemorate the sacrifices made by both men and women during the First World War.
