Volunteers Needed in London for Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness National Conference

The City of London, in cooperation with the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH), is seeking volunteers to assist with this year’s National Conference on Ending Homelessness which will run from November 2 to November 4, 2016 at the London Convention Centre. More than 750 people from across Canada will be in attendance including individuals with lived experience.

Volunteers are needed from November 1 to November 4, 2016. Board of Directors, existing staff and/or volunteers from organizations are being asked to volunteer to welcome Conference participants and help them to enjoy all that the City of London has to offer.

Please review the following list of activities and job descriptions. Check off the days and times that you are available and return this completed form to The Homeless Prevention Team, City of London at: jjackson@london.ca by Monday, October 7, 2016. Confirmation will be provided to you.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of a valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check or a Letter of Verification.
