A wonderful kettle story to share from this year’s Christmas campaign coming from Langley, BC.

A man stood outside The Real Canadian Superstore for 10 minutes this morning (December 24th) handing out money – $10 bills to everyone!  So quite a few, donated their $10 by putting it in The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle.  You’ll find some with a note stuck to them.”
– Emma (Kettle Volunteer)

The note of the $10 bills reads:

“Good will to you with a light lunch on me!  Consider the possibilities if next year we all made a difference in some small way to someone we don’t know.  The experience will become a lasting memory.  Merry Christmas – Rick”

Thank you to all who donated in one way or another towards supporting the work of The Salvation Army this Christmas season.
