Fashion Hope – an evening of awareness and fundraising in the fight again human sexual trafficking – was held on Saturday, July 23rd at Sugar Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Full of stories, inspiration and awareness building, the evening was shared by local fashion designers, photographers, artists, activists as well as member of parliament, Joy Smith and Miss Canada, Tara Teng.

Specifically speaking to this issue is The Salvation Army’s Deborah’s Gate ministry which works in collaboration with existing community resources equipped to provide confidential, professional and culturally sensitive services in law enforcement, immigration, legal counsel, income assistance, counselling services, medical needs, addiction services, and translation services.
