The Salvation Army Fills kids’ Backpacks for Back-to-school

B.C. – At the beginning of every school year there are families who cannot afford the long list of school supplies their child needs to help them learn.
The Salvation Army has once again launched their annual Backpack and School Supply Drive to fill 5,000 backpacks with all the supplies kids will need.
On Monday, members of the Chiropractic Association came to help, and donated 5,000 backpacks to the cause.
Within the last few years The Salvation Army has seen an increase in families coming for support, especially during this time of year.
