Halton Region-Bargain hunters get ready. On January 27 The Salvation Army officially re-opens its expanded thrift store. There will be $1 and $2 deals as well as other in-store specials. The first 100 customers will receive a $10 gift certificate.
The 3245 Fairview St. site is now 14,000 square feet and offers clothing, shoes, toys, books, housewares, electronics, furniture and new mattresses. It also boasts updated lighting and a paint job.
