Oceanside Food Bank Running Low on Supplies

Shelves are bare at the Salvation Army food bank in Oceanside, Major Rolf Guenther said.
“We are running very, very low, the lowest ever,” he said.
“Demand is increasing slowly. A lot of shelves are bare.”
Recent food drives have helped, he said, but of late donations have dropped off.
