It's not about the music or even just about the kettle campaign, it is also about the blessings. This morning at Gare Centrale in Montreal we were asked to play "We wish you a Merry Christmas" so the young woman could record it and send it to her mother. At the end I asked, where is mum? And she responded "in Syria". In the strain, turmoil and terror that must be her daily life, she was going to hear a Carol of Hope for despite it all, it was hoped she would have a Merry Christmas. Once again, we were used to give hope today. BTW she said "God bless you" before I could
