The Salvation Army believes that Dignity is a fundamental human right for all. Dignity is not something that can be given, but it is something that a community can help build. In helping build dignity in our community, The Salvation Army provide individuals with tools through programs addressing poverty, health, integration of new Canadians, education, employment and youth development.  These tools give hope and empower people to reach for and attain personal dignity.

The Salvation Army Golf Classic

August 1, 2013

An annual fundraiser for The Salvation Army, the Golf Classic provides an excellent opportunity to network and show your support for the valuable programs and services The Salvation Army offers our community. For the second year in a row this event will take place at The Bridges Golf Course. Salvation Army Officers and staff will be on-hand to answer any questions participants may have concerning the life changing work of The Salvation Army. Golfers will be treated to a continental breakfast, snacks and a Pig Roast luncheon; and provided an opportunity to win prizes in various course and hole competitions.

Hope in the City Breakfast

Second of our two Premier Events this year, Hope in the City Breakfast celebrates what The Salvation Army has accomplished during the year. Our theme for this year’s breakfast is “The Salvation Army: More Than You Know”. Guests will hear stories of hope and dignity from a selection of our programs. The Annual Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign will also be launched during the event.

Dignity Luncheon (Regina)

May 29, 2012

First of our three major events this year, our Dignity Luncheon will take place at the Queensbury Convention Centre. This fundraising event features guest speaker Major Roy Langer. He played a key role for The Salvation Army during the Slave Lake disaster, 9-11, and Hurricane Katrina. It will also include lunch catered by the venue, entertainment, live auction and much more. The focus of this event is informing the Regina business sector as well as current and prospective donors of what The Salvation Army units in Regina and area do to serve our community.

Sponsorship Levels

- Hope Sponsor ($5,000) – will include one table of tickets, signage, logos on advertising,VIP seating, logo and recognition in the program plus logo and recognition in our PowerPoint and website.Tours of our facilities will be available for the sponsor and guests.

- Dignity Sponsor ($2,500) – will include half a table of tickets (4), signage,VIP seating, the opportunity to network with another business at the table, logos on advertising plus logo and recognition in the program and our PowerPoint and website.
