REGINA, SK – It was a very successful school supply drive at Regina’s Haven of Hope with generous supporters dropping off bags and boxes filled with back to school supplies, some had backpacks already filled. Regina is a wonderful, generous community filled with kind and giving individuals.  In total, 875 backpacks were stuffed and given to children to head back to school. Thanks also to the many volunteers who came to sort supplies and stuff the backpacks – your help is invaluable! The community of Regina has helped provide back to school essentials by providing 875 children a head start for the school year.
We would like to say a special thank you to Mr. Jim McWilliams and the Downtowners Optimist Club for visited Haven of Hope to provide a donation of $2,000.00 towards the back to school backpack program.
