Ontario Great Lakes Division Celebrates First Graduates from Leader Coaching Workshops

To continue the investment and commitment into leadership development in the Division, a group of 12 women leaders participated in a cohort of five Leader Coaching workshops from October, 2014 – May, 2015 under the direction of Major Wanda Vincent (Divisional Leader), supported by Certified Coach Carol MacKinnon. The theme of the workshops were “Theories and Practices of Leader Coaching” and the five workshop titles were:

  • Leading as a Coach – Overall View
  • Difficult Conversation
  • Self Care
  • Empowering Others
  • Decision Making

The photo was taken at their Celebration Lunch at Divisional Headquarters with the Divisional Commander, Major Morris Vincent, presenting their completion certificates.
