The Little Beaver Restaurant in Komoka has been providing a “Christmas” dinner and donating all the day’s sales to the Strathroy Salvation Army Family Services.
For the past 10 years, not only has the restaurant offered this dinner as a means of raising funds, but the wait staff has also donated their tips throughout. Over the 10 years over $20,000.00 has been raised, with the largest donation so far at $5,500.00 raised in 2010.
In the photo receiving the appreciation certificate is Mark St. Jacques, owner and chef at the Little Beaver, along with Major Roxzena Hayden.
