The atmosphere is liken to a reunion of family and friends when the members of the Circle of Hope from Ontario Central East Division come together to celebrate, recognize and welcome new members.  This year was no exception with more than one hundred in attendance at Spirale Banquet Hall on Thursday, May 31, 2012.  The guest speaker was Dianna Bussey, Executive Director, Corrections and Justice Services from the Winnipeg office.  Dianna spoke on The Salvation Army’s Efforts Against Human Trafficking.  Dianna conveyed the organizations primary focus has been on sexual trafficking through advocating for prevention, awareness, partnering with law enforcement agencies and providing services to survivors.
