November 25, 2010…The Salvation Army’s Annual Christmas Kettle Campaign has been”Kicked Off” in the City of St. John’s. The Avalon Mall was the scene for the Festivities where members of both Municipal and Provincial Governments participated. Greetings where brought by The Honable John Dinn, MHA for Kilbride & Area, His Worship, Mayor Dennis O’Keefe, City of St. John’s, Mr. John Perlin, Salvation Army Advisory Board Chair and Sue Freake, Manager of the Avalon Mall.

The 2010 Christmas Kettle Goal for the City of St. John’s is $150,000.
