The battle begins in our Kettle Kick-off Competition

This Thursday, Nov. 20, five well-known Halifax residents will go head-to-head in a competition to fill their kettles for families in need in our community.

Zach Fucale, Jesse Lussier and Brandon Vuic from the Halifax Mooseheads will compete alongside Jax, C100; Cyril Lunney, CTV; the Halifax Regional Police; and Halifax Fire, in Grand Parade Square, Halifax. Come out anytime between 11:30 a.m.-1:45 p.m.to see Santa, grab some hot chocolate, and enjoy some Christmas music as you support your favorite participant as we kick-off the kettle season.

Last year the Christmas kettles raised $1.7 million to help clothe, feed and shelter families in our local communities.
