2012 Maritime Divisional Women’s Conference takes place in Moncton

The women of the Maritime Division recently descended on Moncton, NB, to take part in the 2012 Women’s Conference.

The conference was held at the Ramada Crystal Palace Hotel, and ran from June 1-3. The annual gathering for women from the three Maritime provinces, this year’s conference had the theme ‘Come Thirsty’.

The special guest for the event was Nancy Turley, the Territorial Abuse Advisor for Canada and Bermuda Territory. The weekend also featured plenty of social activities, music, presentations and more, all while aiming to provide the women of this Division with an opportunity to gather for spiritual enrichment, fellowship and fun.

Among the many presentations during the course of the weekend was Major Wanda Vincent and her monologue Woman at the Well (left); and dinner entertainment including an ensemble of familiar faces entitled 'Cleanliness is next to Godliness'.
