National Recycling Operations – Thrift Store adheres to its core values of compassion, respect, excellence, integrity, relevance, cooperation, and celebration. NRO supports The Salvation Army by recycling and selling donated goods which generates funds in support of its social service programs within our communities.
As a Full-Time Store Associate (32 hours per week) you are to provide excellent service to guests, sort incoming product, receive donations and assist the Store Manager in the maintenance of all store operations. This position reports to the Store Manger at our Hastings Thrift Store location at 4099 Hastings Street, Burnaby, B.C.
When performed effectively, this position will ensure excellent guest service, reduce losses and maximize sales and profitability.

In doing so, the candidate will be action oriented, drive results, and will strive to become an expert in their role through continuous self-development and learning.
