An Amazing Race

On September 12, 2015 The Salvation Army Belkin House enjoyed participating with Payfirma in their Amazing Race. A team of 75+ participants raced around the downtown core in an Amazing Race style event, completing fun random acts of kindness at stations themed with Payfirma's core values.

Belkin House, a residential program facility in the heart of Vancouver that is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness, represented the station themed to Inspire Those Around You. Tasks included serving drinks at Victory Park, serving lunch and kitchen duty. Payfirma also sponsored lunch for The Salvation Army residents on that day.The Salvation Army truly enjoyed hosting Payfirma’s volunteers and we hope to see more of their community led events in the future.
