Event: Fill the Kettle – Celebrity Kettle Kick-Off
Date: Saturday, November 23, 2013
Time: 11am to 3pm
Place: Pacific Centre Rotunda at Howe and Georgia

A first time event to launch the kettle season in Vancouver.  On Saturday, November 23 between 11 and 3pm, The Salvation Army red kettles will line the corner of Howe & Georgia at the Pacific Centre Rotunda for the official launch of the Greater Vancouver kettle campaign.  There will be local media personalities, musicians, celebrities, politicians and athletes ringing the bells and helping  fill the kettle…along with hot chocolate, music, and a ton of Christmas spirit!

Event: Santa Shuffle 5K Fun Run and 1K Elf Walk
Date: Saturday, December 7, 2013
Time: race starts at 10am
Place: Lumberman’s Arch, Stanley Park

Event: Naden Band Christmas Concert
Date: Thursday, December 12, 2013
Time: Doors open at 6.45pm and 7.30pm concert
Place: The Vogue Theatre, 918 Granville Street

A toy drive and concert with a 30+ year tradition in Victoria and 10+ building years in Vancouver, in partnership with the 35-piece Naden Band of the Maritime Forces Pacific.
