PSAs are aimed at raising awareness about specific issues. With more than 2,400 man hours, $1,500 of their own money, 52 bags of donated clothing and the use of $300,000 worth of equipment, the Ryerson students delivered a clear message that everyone deserves life’s basic necessities.

On March 1, The Salvation Army launched the Dignity Project, a campaign designed to educate the public about the realities of poverty and underscore the point that everyone has a right to fundamental human dignity.
