PARRY SOUND – On June 23 Ontario insurance brokers donated fifty magenta blankets to the local Salvation Army. The donation of warm blankets was hand delivered to the Salvation Army by brokers from Parry Sound Insurance Brokers Ltd. The donation was made in conjunction with the local BayPalooza, a ‘Life and Flavour Show’ hosted by the Parry Sound Chamber of Commerce at the Bobby Orr Community Centre. The local brokers hosted a booth at the event and educated visitors about the importance ofinsurance and the services that they provide. They also drew names and winners took home magenta fleece blankets.
