The Sally Ann is the only organization that I respect
Many years ago I was in jail and the Sally ANN guy was the only guy who would help us
The Priest would help the Catholics but if a Protestant guy had clothes at the dry cleaners or a room that he would not be there to pay the rent or retreive his clothes from................the Sally ANN guy was the only one who would take care of these things for us
We never forget these things
And when they came to the bars we always gave what we could
Do you not do these things anymore?
I know you are not in the bars anymore
We really appreciated what you did for us
I am an older retired guy now who is straightened out now
But I wonder about the young kids in jail
Are you still helping them?
A small thing like putting his clothes away til he gets out is a big thing for him
To get out of jail even if it is only for a short time and have no clothes is a bad thing
Anyways.....as I said I am straightened out and respect you guys more than any other organization
I want to give a donation for the poor folks in Haiti
