Government Matches Donations made to The Salvation Army China Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund

May 30th – The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is matching donations made by individual Canadians to qualified charities between May 12th and June 23rd.

The Salvation Army has qualified with CIDA so that donations specified to the China Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund will be matched, providing even more assistance for the earthquake survivors in Sichuan Province.
As the needs for survivors of this tragedy are extensive, The Salvation Army will continue to provide assistance until their needs are fulfilled.

Financial contributions can be made by calling 1-800-SAL-ARMY (725-2769), by donating online, by mailing donations to The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters, Canada and Bermuda, 2 Overlea Blvd., Toronto, Ontario M4H 1P4, or dropping off financial donations at the closest Salvation Army unit in your area.
