March 12th, 2008 – P.E.I. – The Salvation Army on P.E.I. will be able to help more people heat their houses following a $200,000 contribution from the government announced Tuesday.
Maj. Derrick Barrow of the Salvation Army in Charlottetown told CBC News the help could not have come at a better time.
“The monies that different organizations and individuals have given us have been exhausted now,” said Barrow. Read full article…
