Canadian Salvation Army officer Captain Elizabeth Nelson is the Army’s Projects Officer in Bangladesh, based in Dhaka, where she works with the poorest of the poor. The newest addition to the income-generating projects she oversees is the manufacture of goods for Sally Ann Bangladesh Ltd., a Fair Trade marketing organization selling home decor items to Sally Ann Ltd. in Norway and elsewhere.
